Who is responsible
Adventures with Dr. Mom LLC, a limited liability company registered in Arizona, United States, is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any question or request about your data, including deletion, contact adventureswithdrmom@gmail.com.
We do not operate a public premises. If you need our registered postal address in order to make a request in writing, email us and we will provide it.
Visitor analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, does not use device fingerprinting, and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. We see counts of pages viewed and which sites link to us — never who you are. Because it is a browser script, anyone using an ad or tracker blocker is simply not counted, and that is fine by us.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can sign you in and connect your purchase to your account.
- What you write in the workspace — ideas, notes, voice examples, metrics. This is stored so it is there when you come back.
- Purchase records — the Stripe session and payment identifiers, amount, currency, and status. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service. We do not log the contents of your workspace.
Screenshots you preview in the workspace are handled in your browser for the current session only and are not uploaded or stored.
What you must not put here
Do not enter protected health information. This service is not HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, we do not offer a business associate agreement, and our processors are not engaged on those terms. The workspace is for your expertise, your scope and your teaching points — never a patient, client or student record.
Who processes it
- Supabase — accounts, authentication, and the database.
- Netlify — hosting and delivery.
- Stripe — payment processing.
These providers act on our instructions. Data may be processed in the United States.
If you copy a prompt from Creator Think Tank into a separate AI service, that service receives whatever you paste and handles it under its own privacy policy. We are not involved in that transfer.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We process your email address and workspace contents to provide the service you bought (performance of a contract), keep payment records to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation), and keep minimal security logs to protect the service (legitimate interests).
How long we keep it
Your workspace is kept until you delete it or ask us to close your account. Purchase and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after an account is closed; these records are limited to the fact and amount of the transaction, not your creative work.
Your choices
- Export. Download everything you have written at any time from inside the workspace.
- Deletion. Email us to have your account and workspace deleted. We will confirm when it is done. Transaction records are retained as described above.
- Access and correction. Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to correct it.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, or to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Each account’s workspace is isolated at the database level so one account cannot read another’s. Access to production systems is limited to the site owner.
Children
Creator Think Tank is intended for adults creating content professionally, and is not directed at children.

We will update this page and the date above if our practices change.
