Who you are contracting with

Creator Think Tank is operated by Adventures with Dr. Mom LLC, a limited liability company registered in Arizona, United States (“we”, “us”). Contact us at adventureswithdrmom@gmail.com — this is a monitored address and the fastest way to reach a person.

We are a small business selling a digital product and do not operate a public premises. If you need our registered postal address for a legal or regulatory purpose, email us and we will provide it.

Free trial

New accounts receive 7 days of full access at no cost. We do not collect payment details to start a trial and we will not charge you automatically at any point. When the trial ends, access to the workspace pauses until you choose to purchase. Your saved work is retained, not deleted, and remains exportable.

What you are buying

A one-time purchase of $49 USD gives the account you purchased with access to the Creator Think Tank workspace. It is not a subscription and will not recur.

An optional further one-time purchase of $39 USD adds the Offer Lab and Website Studio features. It is also not a subscription, is not required to use the workspace, and can be bought at any time or not at all. We do not promise a specific period of hosting, uninterrupted availability, or unlimited use of any third-party AI service.

What the product does

Creator Think Tank is a thinking and organising tool. It stores your ideas and builds prompts for you to use in an AI service of your choosing. It does not run AI models, publish on your behalf, or automatically gather information. Any AI service you use alongside it is governed by that provider’s own terms and charges.

Your account

Access is tied to the email address you sign in with. Keep access to that mailbox secure, since anyone who can read your email can request a sign-in link. Do not share your account. We may suspend accounts used to break the law or to attack the service.

No protected health information

This service is not HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and no business associate agreement is offered or implied. You must not enter protected health information, patient records, or any identifiable clinical detail into the workspace. If you are a regulated professional, the obligation to keep patient information out of third-party tools is yours, and using this service does not transfer it to us.

Treat a case as identifying if the person in it would recognise themselves. Changing a name or an age is not de-identification.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to what you write in the workspace. We claim no ownership of your ideas, drafts, or notes. We access account contents only when you ask us to for support, or where we are legally required to.

Not professional advice

Creator Think Tank is an educational and creative tool for people who make content. Nothing in the product, and nothing produced with its help, is medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish and for making sure it is accurate and appropriate for your audience.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes that apply will be shown before you confirm payment.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, as described in the refund policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your work safe, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will never be unavailable or that data loss can never occur. Please export your work regularly. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. If we ever have to discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your work.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will note it on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
