Refund policy

Try it first, free

Every account starts with 7 days of full access, free. We do not ask for a card to begin and nothing is ever charged automatically. When the week ends the workspace locks and asks whether you would like to buy — that is the only point at which money changes hands. If you never buy, you are never charged, and your work is kept rather than deleted.

14-day refunds

If you do buy and it turns out not to be right for you, the purchase of$49 USD is refundable. Email adventureswithdrmom@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

The optional upgrade

The $39 Offer Lab and Website Studio upgrade is refundable on the same terms — 14 days, no reason needed. Refunding the upgrade does not affect your toolkit purchase, and refunding either one never deletes anything you have written.

What happens to your work

A refund ends your access to the workspace, but it does not delete your saved work. Before requesting a refund, use the export button in the workspace to download a copy of everything you have written. If you have already requested the refund and still need your export, email us and we will help you retrieve it.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued by Adventures with Dr. Mom LLC back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Your bank usually posts the credit within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing is set by your bank and not by us.

After 14 days

Outside the 14-day window we are not able to offer a refund as a matter of course. If something has gone wrong — the product is not working, or you were charged in error — email us anyway and we will put it right.

Duplicate charges

Creator Think Tank is a single one-time purchase and the account will not let you buy it twice. If you believe you have been charged more than once, email us and we will refund the duplicate in full regardless of the 14-day window.

Your statutory rights

Depending on where you live, you may have consumer rights that go beyond this policy. Nothing here limits those rights.
