Getting help

Email adventureswithdrmom@gmail.com. Please include the email address you signed in with, so we can find your account.

Signing back in

There is no password. Go to the sign-in page, enter the same email address you used when you bought Creator Think Tank, and we will email you a secure link. The link works once and expires after an hour. Signing in on a new phone or laptop works the same way — your saved work follows your account, not your device.

If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you sign in with a different email address than the one you purchased with, you will see the purchase page rather than your workspace; sign out and try the original address.

What this tool does and does not do

Creator Think Tank helps you capture ideas, build a reusable editorial system, and generate prompts in your own voice for the AI service you already use. It does not run AI models for you, research the news automatically, schedule or publish posts, or read screenshots. You copy the prompts it builds into whichever AI tool you prefer, and any fees for that tool are separate.

Screenshot previews last only for your current session. Numbers and notes you type in are saved to your account; the images themselves are not stored.

Your data

You can export everything you have written at any time from inside the workspace, and import it back. If you would like your account deleted, email us and say so — see the privacy policy for what is removed and what we have to keep.
